Complete presence management and user notification is
offered. The Eyeball IM Server database stores user
profiles, preferences, IDs, passwords, and individual
contact lists. It also continuously monitors
the status of each user as either online or offline, and
as either available or unavailable for voice, video
and/or text communications.
Peer-to-Peer File Transfer
Users can transfer files or video messages directly to
one another in a “peer-to-peer” fashion. This is a
cost-effective option for administrators since there are
no file storage requirements and only the users’
bandwidth is needed for file transfers.
Interoperability with AOL, Google Talk, MSN & Yahoo!
Messengers
Users can sign into their AOL, Google Talk, MSN & Yahoo!
accounts. View the presence and communicate with all
their buddies from different messengers using a single
application.
