The Position – Senior Connectivity Software Sales Professional

The Senior Connectivity Software Sales Professional reports to the Vice President of Business Development and will be based in San Francisco. He/She is responsible for conducting an outbound sales program, architecting solutions with senior engineering executives and closing business.


  • Gain trust, collaborate with senior engineering executives at target tier 1 accounts

  • Achieve target bookings number.

  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans.

  • Develop targeted large accounts and increase share of wallet.

  • Manage prospect pipeline from interest (establishing relationship), development (understanding need), proposal and close.

  • Generate new leads within target accounts.

  • Conduct webinar, telephone and in-person sales calls.

  • Manage the proposal process utilizing internal resources and managing influence in the customer’s organization.

  • Perform all duties with the highest level of professionalism, integrity


  • 2+ years experience closing software licensing deals ($1M to $10M)

  • Experience selling middleware software a plus.

  • Experience negotiating complex software licensing agreements

  • Experience selling embedded software solutions to UC, device manufacturers and

    service providers.

  • 2+ years selling SDKs to engineers including iOS, OS X, Android, WinRT, Linux.

  • 2+ years selling to senior level executives within tier 1 accounts with a strong track record of gaining commitment, buy off and purchases.

  • Experience selling standards based software like SIP, XMPP, MS-SIP, ICE/STUN and TURN.

  • BA, BS or equivalent
